An opportunity for Spaces to implement it's integrated design, cost and project management solution from design development through to tender, approvals and project delivery. We're looking forward to seeing this brand roll out and gain traction across the region in 2024.
Jither is a home-grown coffee brand created by a young Emirati entrepreneur and coffee enthusiast. Spaces was engaged to take this project from its initial feasibility, cost planning and design stages through a tender, contractor evaluation, contract management and project management phase. This was a fast track project delivered in 6 months from concept to handover with Spaces responsible for everything from the sourcing of materials, specifications, BOQ production, tender evaluation, authority approvals and contract management. With a brand roll out expected in the years to come we look forward to seeing this local brand make its mark on the region's coffee scene.
